It is not an ordinary horror movie. That only scares you and makes you groan. However, it’s a horror movie with an emotional plot. The movie’s story does not revolve around the people terrified of the ghost. Moreover, it is not an ordinary horror movie. We have a ghost movie story revolving around the boy. The Storyline of the Movie

As the boy’s family is not bae to understand him properly. Not even his brother. They shift to a new house. However, they promised to make a fresh start in life. They try to find a unique place to make a fresh start for that purpose.

They start to find a new home but have a low budget. So they end up finding a very old house. The house was built in the 1980”s. Their parents agreed to buy the house as the place seemed to be very fascinating to them. They have two sons. One who seems to have an unhealthy relationship with his family. The other son obeys the norms of the family easily. 

However, the boy seems to have an unhealthy relationship with his family. That boy finds the ghost in the attire of their new home. The spirit tries to scare the boy. But eventually, the heart fails to scare the boy. Instead, the boy says to the core. Trust me, dude, my real life is scarier than you.    

No doubt “We have a ghost” movie is not a familiar story, as you can predict from this line. The Boy tells the ghost what else you do instead of moaning and groaning. These things appear strange to the spirit. The spirits can scare any human being. But the boy is so fed up with the reality that his fear of the heart is not scary.

The Earnest Ghost

• Additionally, the movie’s story goes on. The ghost’s name is earnest. The boy and the solemn become good friends. The boy asks the spirit why he is still left in this house. Why not move out of this house? However, the movie “We have a ghost” shows the boy seems to indulge in the personal life of the ghost.
• The ghost earnestly is not able to speak. But he can touch human beings and feel them. Plus, the earnest spirit tries to help the boy cope with the hardships of life. The boy did not want his family to find out about the earnest. Unfortunately, his brother finds out about the ghost.
• They make the video in the earnestness of scaring them. The whole family laughs at the ghost. After making the video, they put the video on the internet. We have a ghost house movie that goes viral in a few seconds. The videos become the talk of the town. 
• Additionally, one of the Dr.Lesila was researching after we died. We still have existence as energy can neither be destroyed. However, it can only convert into a new form.     

The Dr. Lesila

Doctor Lesila has done research that humans can even capture ghosts. But the world was not ready to listen to her. However, when the earnest video comes out, she immediately learns that it’s not a prank. But a real video and a house that has a ghost.   

We have a ghost movie, then go on to find the meaning of why Earnest is still stuck in that house. The movie’s main character tries to help the ghost find his true sense of staying here. However, the spirit remembers nothing at all. However, on the other hand, nature was caught by Dr. Lesila.   

Dr. Lesila and the ghost communication helps us to understand the pain of each other. However, during that conversation, one of the cops tries to reach the earnest. They feel they are trying to hurt the doctor, but that is not the case. After seeing the batch of the cop, the ghost remembers all his past.

The Past of the earnest

 When the earnest remembers his past, he knows why he is still stuck in that house. That is called ” We have a ghost house. However, the movie we have a Ghost shows that the spirit has a traumatic past. He got killed in that house by the lover of his wife. Moreover, when he remembers everything, he tries to find his wife. He recalled that he also had a beautiful daughter.

Additionally, after being killed, he was buried in the house’s backyard. We have a ghost house now. It is the name of the place. After that, the man who killed the earnest returns to that house to destroy the boy’s family. On the right, the solemn arrives and saves the family’s life.

The story of the movie concludes. As earnestly kills the man who killed him. However,  he steals his peaceful life. After fulfilling his purpose, the solemn left the earth. He was saying goodbye to his best friend, the main character, the boy. However, the boy also finds the meaning of his life—the girl, Joy, remains by his side throughout his journey.

•    We Have a Ghost boasts an impressive ensemble cast alongside headliners Harbour and Mackie. Joining the film is Jahi Di’Allo Winston, famous for his role in Queen & Slim, Tig Notaro from Army of the Dead, Jennifer Coolidge from White Lotus, and Erica Ash from Survivor’s Remorse.
• Isabella Russo from Crashing, Niles Fitch from Atypical, Faith Ford from Hope & Faith, and Steve Coulter from She-Hulk: Attorney at Law also star in various roles.
• In We Have a Ghost, Harbour portrays Ernest, the ghost residing in the house where the Presley family moves in. Apart from this film, Harbour has upcoming projects, including Gran Turismo and the MCU’s Thunderbolts.
• Anthony Mackie, known for his role in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, takes on the character of Frank Presley, the new resident, and owner of the haunted house. Mackie has an eventful year ahead, with appearances in three more projects, including Elevation, Desert Warrior, and The Electric State, directed by Joe & Anthony Russo, scheduled for release in 2024.

The Production

 We Have a Ghost is based on the Vice-published short story “Ernest” by writer/author Geoff Manaugh. Filmmaker Christopher Landon handles the adaptation and direction of the film. Landon, known for his director, producer, and screenwriter work, has previously written for notable films such as Disturbia, Paranormal Activity 2, 3, and 4. As a director, he is recognized for his successful projects like Happy Death Day, its sequel Happy Death Day 2U, and Freaky, all of which combine horror and comedy elements, similar to We Have a Ghost. Landon’s upcoming project as a producer is the sci-fi slasher film Time Cut.

Manaugh and Landon serve as executive producers on the film alongside Isaac Klausner, Korey Budd, and John Fischer.
